Registration form can be obtained from the office of the principal with a non-refundable fee of #10,000 only. Also Candidates must not be less than 18years of age.
Minimum entry requirement:
Interested candidates should possess the WAEC Certificate or NECO with credit passes in at least 5 subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings.
Applicants are to come along with two recent coloured on white background passport photograph and photocopy of result(s).
Method of admission:
Application forms can be collected from the office of the Principal, School of Midwifery St. Camillus Hospital Uromi Edo State with a non-refundable fee of #10,000 naira only, payable to the school account that shall be given to applicants at the school.
